To let you know I didn't read your idea for the effect till several hours i had posted the image.

Damn, I love this game.

I generally try picturing how the battles would be, i.e., the monsters attacking, me sitting on the top of my pillars commanding them (this is because I didn't enjoy my childhood that much, so now I'm compensating it on my spare time  ) .. so.. now we get a card like his.. think about a huge (since, here, HP = size) FLYING Lava Golem 40/36 striking over your Wings shield.  It's terrifying.. and awesome! hehe

And... I've been following these Obelisk/Basilisk, I find them pretty good, some need changes in the abilities but in overall they're pretty good. I hope they make it into the game.
