I'm saying when you play this your max health drops by 5 (like 100->95). Is this permeant or if the tower is destroyed or stolen does the max health restore to where it was (95->100)?

Or am I misreading this card?

Your max health would not increase. In addition, the one who stole it would lose 5/4 maxHP

i think yes. since you originally have 100 health, 5 is 5% of that. so if you the max is lowered by 5%, so should the current hp

It's 5 points not 5%. With SoD and Stone Skin, you really can't count on that. If you think it should be 5% instead of 5 points off that change.

Disregarding Rutarete's unflawed reasoning, I do not believe that 5|4 should be removed from the current health unless your final health would become less than your max health. It's a pillar, so why should you lose something that you need to pay back?
