CURATOR COMMENTThe one thing I like about this card is the fact that introduces a very 'risk-vs.-reward' type of permanent control mechanism for
, which is truly innovative as the majority of Water spells are pretty straight-forward in their effects (Freeze, Ice Bolt, Nymph's Tears, etc.). Granted, the cost is somewhat debatable, but I think that this card is what this game could utilize: 'Soft Control'.
I probably won't be using this on Pillars, but having this apply on say Flooding for example to help you gather
quanta for it to be used...
