Why fail instead of miss?

On average it deals 1 damage per turn and makes 1/4 death effect per turn... It looks very UP for the cost...

Without the death effect part, I would say you could treat it as if it were simply a 1|1, so I wouldn't give it a cost of more than 1 for that. So the question is, what is a 1/4 death effect per turn worth? (Not 3 certainly, but maybe 1?)

A cost of 2|2 seems fine. Might even need a slight buff.

What combos? The only one I could think of was adrenaline.

2|2 makes the upped version only very marginally better. Maybe give the upped version a better chance of hitting? "Blind Ghoul | Cross-eyed Ghoul" =)

One question, if this is lobotomized, will that remove the miss chance?

Hmmm, I think this form of Blindness is passive. The Death Affect trigger is an innate active skill.

Blind may be a new negative status instead, like poisonned, giving 75% chances to miss when attacking. (Giving ideas for new cards btw ^^)

I like the idea, but I find it really underpowered as it is now. Triggering a death effect is not that costy, right?

There is a status form of Blindness.

Definitions:
Passive Blindness: A Natural condition to the creature has adapted to.
Status Blindness: A State in which the creature afflicted may cause harm to an unintended target. (other interpretations may apply)
