I would personally have the text focus on 'active' skills only, assuming it works like a random lobotomy/mutation that grants a random active skill accordingly (i.e. - it shouldn't work on Ghost of the Past, Mummy, or Skeleton, because those cards only have passive (perpetual? I forgot what OT called it
) skills that can't be removed, in contrast to active skills that can be changed accordingly. Is there a reason why Mind Gate's "Duality" skill isn't included alongside the list of skills that can be granted by the creature?
