opponent means other side of field or the opponent of the caster?Opponent of the caster.
How does this work with adrenalin? How with other things, like vampire, poisoning (like scorpions), or acceleration? Also, I guess that the creature won't attack if it dies because of the damage it took?It would basically turn your opponent's creature into your creature so all skills would take effect. I suppose it's possible for the creature to stay for one turn with 0 health, attack the opponent and then die.
Title and card name don't matchFixed the title problem. For simplicities sake I figure it would be best for it to bypass shields. Say you and your opponent both have a fire shield out, that would probably result in quite a few bug posts.
Does it pass all shields?
Would the effect be limited to once per turn, or can the creature attack as many times as it is damaged (multiple creatures attacking a Gravity pulled target, for example)?Aye, once per turn would be easiest I think, and vampire creatures would attack the opponent. Fire shield is kinda what I had in mind with this card, along with poison damage.
Also, if this is cast on an opponent's vampire creature, would the creature heal the opponent or the caster as it attacks upon being damaged?
And no, I don't think it's too powerful given its pretty high cost.
Adrenaline+Overdrive sounds like a fun combo, though it does require three elements. Does have a potential to be particularly powerful when combined with Fire Shield, though.
Should say "Target creature attacks your opponent if damaged." to clear things up.
If the damage would kill the creature, does the creature still attack (after or immediately prior to death)?
Fixed the wording, thanks! And I figure the creature would only attack if it still had health.
Yup, I'd count any loss of health to the creature as damage.Fixed the wording, thanks! And I figure the creature would only attack if it still had health.
Yeah, i guess it makes more sence that way, right? But I think this card would get funny with acceleration :D Even if Betrayal is only activated once per turn, a creature with acceleration AND Betrayal on your side of the field attacks 2 times per turn, and gets +4/-2 every turn. Since the effect of acceleration is "damage" right?
