I would like to suggest a slight change that I think would be a general improvement, which draws from my experience in M:tG.  There is a good reason to sacrifice it already, but your opponent has almost no reason to try to kill it currently, making it a little too powerful since you are essentially in full control of 2x 2|3 HP healing for all your creatures (for 4 :light and some damage in the mean time).  Maybe it is not as powerful as I feel it is, but I thought of something that could make it still useful but less one sided.

Have the sacrifice effect do the second part of the ability, and make the automatic part only when it comes into play.  Thus, it would read:

"When Benevolent Angel enters play, heal your creatures for 2|3 HP. 0: Sacrifice, heal your creatures for 2|3 HP."

Your opponent will then have a chance to react and you will have more reason to use the ability strategically.  Take it as you will, I'm not even sure if it will fit on a card.  :)

It still damages the enemy so there still is some reason to kill it. (Ex: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=205032)
There are a few equations to balance for this card:
1) AoE heal, X attack spark, AC:AoE heal (if it survives 1 turn)
2) AoE heal, X attack creature, opponent kills it:AoE heal
3) AoE heal, X attack creature, opponent decides not to kill it
I think all 3 equations can be made balanced.

As a side note: It should have more initial HP than AoE CC deals but not to high that CC is difficult. 4Hp sounds correct.

So how do you activate the ability? A target symbol comes up when you play it?
The first time the ability trigger when creature is played, second time when creature is killed or sacrificed.
The text says or, so it can only happen once according to that. So unless it does happen twice, how do you select when to use it?
It happens when triggered. It is triggered everytime it enters or leaves play.
Then the text should be altered to show that. Keyword change from OR to AND
It is the greatest mystery of all...

When this creature enters or leaves play, creatures in your possesion are healed 2hp.
OR: When it is Saturday or Sunday, it is the weekend.
AND: When it is Saturday or Sunday, it is the weekend. (incorrect syntax for the meaning desired)
alternate AND: When it is a gas and H20, it is water vapor.
OR is correct. AND would cause it only to trigger when both conditions are fulfilled simultaneously.

I do agree that a comma would help readers.

A comma after play would help.

For beginner friendly purposes I would suggest changing the lower text to "0 : Sacrifice this card."
