Since Pheonixs already have a death effect built into it they would be an exception, same with any other creature that already has a death effect built in like Schrodinger's Cat's skill.

Maybe but rewinding is more Time's thing. The effect is kinda a cross over between death and time where it's a Time themed death effect

the ART section should also refer to Zanzarino (the Charger). Plus, it isn't much of a trap, considering it is more useful to you than bad for the opponent.
