About the name I think you could call it Bet, and I think you should raise the percentage on both since it may not be wise or viable to have 6 of them in a deck. Maybe raise it to 15%(20%) and make it immaterial

Hehe i can kind of see a synergy in this with stone skin/miracle decks.
With the bonus for extra electrum for winnning with higher max health this card can kind of mean speed-farming will lose popularity, but attempting to get around 900  out of one game could be possible..

Love the idea, would be interesting to see how much the AI prioritizes this card. It doesn't need a name change but one more fitting could be chosen. Also: I'm pro a secondary ability to make it useful in game.
