NOTES:
Neutralise mean that the permanent doesn't have effect anymore :
shield just doesn't have any effect
Weapon doesn't do damage and activated capacity can't be used.
Same for permanent like hourglass : they can't be actived when neutralised.
If you target a stack, only one permanent will be affected.

I would personally just make the second cost less and remove the ability to generate the jade staff.

This picture seems to represent another idea I was thinking about for this quest to life PC; is there a way the undergrowth/plants grow and cause to damage to permanent fixtures? If so, I think this is where this card should head. When I read back to nature, I picture plants pulling a permanent down into the ground, or away into the woods.

So yes it's my idea : the plant take the building (so the permanent) back to the ground (so the life player draw a card/ a jade staff is generated).
I added a pool if you wanna give any feedback

The ecological recycling was a good step. However mechanically it is still much more destructive than Life ever has been (Including Spine Carapace).
I think it would be improved if it replaced the Destroy mechanic with a different mechanic.

Edit: Spine not Spice. My finger walked 3 keys without my notice. :)

So maybe instead of destroying the permanent this should just neutralise it ? Do you have any other idea about it ? thanks for your time

Neutralize would fit the cost. A cheaper version could mitigate instead of neutralize. Etc. Etc.

I do agree that a cost decrease of 1 rather than Jade Staff would be preferred.

Definitely a cool Life theme. How would this neutralize work? Would it affect stacks or single permanents, how long would it last?
It is the greatest mystery of all...

How long does neutralization last and why do you draw a card?

Neuralise last for ever, Details are in the OP post.
Then you draw a card because the nature takes back what belong to it, so the life elementalist, who represent the nature draw a card, that's my point about it.

Isn't Neutralise the same as destroying the Permanent, except that you've now got a useless Permanent slot?
