No; we are not redistributing anything. If users had the ability to click and drag the picture onto their desktop, then it might be redistributing. But, this image is a lot smaller, and is embedded onto a card.

Although this card qualifies for the Crucible, please use the current Entropy background as of the 1.291 update. The current card image builders should now support the new backgrounds.
