I just recently thought to change the effect to make a bigger atom rather then a different card. I originally had the reaction cause 2 damage, but I changed it to one. If people like 2 damage better I will change it again. -- note that once combined with another atom it's abilities don't go away but rather raise to equal the health and attack. The idea is interesting, but the two damage to all non-atoms is rather high.

yeah, I did. I am new to this whole card thing. In fact I would have submitted this a long time ago, but it was way complicated back then. Now it is so easy. I am going to make a ton of these. Now should I link this to that page to link to the crucible?

Aether is the domain of the immaterial things; it is where the stars reside and the media where all the energy waves move. Aether elementals excel in manipulating the dimensions and electricity; most of the creatures they generate are immaterial.

Not only atoms aren't imaterial things, they also have nothing to do with aether. You should change the element.

However, this card seems very good to me.

Wrong, Sapiens. Atom means Indivisible, as such, unbreakable.

Atom does NOT mean indivisible (and I can't see how something indivisible is automatically immaterial, anyway). In fact, atoms can be divided (nuclear fission, anyone?)

Atom is the basic unit of matter. That means atoms are matter, so they just can't be considered immaterial. Atom being is senseless. And it is not only the fact that they're material. "Manipulating the dimensions" and everything else in the description of aether is completely incompatible with atoms.

Believe me, you will not want to discuss physics with me.

I would probably agree with you, but an alien has a good point, and I think it fits in nicely with aether. I could rename it phase matter if necessary...
But honestly aether needs something cool. and if you would like to get technical nothing is immaterial except for ideas and actions. Besides it wouldn't be the first of its kind; Lightning, and sparks are both material. But thank you for your input. Glad to hear you like the card.
