Good question.
Is the shield's effect random for each creature that attacks (i.e. an effect similar to Dusk Mantle) or does it randomly set the damage reduction for all creatures to be reduced by (i.e. Solar Buckler, Titanium Shield, etc.)?

Its randomly set. Ive been getting that question alot ill add that to the notes.

The 1-3 effect of basic card is better then 0-4 of the "upgrade". And its pretty powerful at that I think, at least the power of a solar shield but possibly that of a diamond shield.

Its does the same damage reduction as all the with a set a damage. Like Solar Shield has 1 the whole game. But this shield's random the whole game.

yeah true, smetimes, if unlucky, you might just get plain zeroes. one to four or even five damage is better.

that's the whole point of the card >_<

if anything, 0-3 and 0-4 you don't want it to be able to block massive amounts of damage very often. the 1-3 was actually a typo when I suggested it... xD
