I really like it now that it's been reworked.  But I feel it may be problematic to some due to the insta-kill effect.  I understand that it is a lot more expensive than standard control, but I am unsure on the balance...

its not instakill, i have it set to dealing 4 damage right now (in the notes) though i feel some varience is probably good since the falvor is you dont know the size/force of the asteroid.

Ah.  That's what I get for looking over things far too quickly.  In that case, this is too expensive, even given its variance in effects.  Maybe drop the costs to 5|4 if not 4|3?

Also, I feel it should be a set damage, not a dynamic damage.  It can be justified as the spell attracts a target Asteroid with a certain amount of force.  Small asteroids will be attracted far more easily and accelerate much faster.  And, of course, larger objects shall move more slowly, accelerating downward at a lower rate.  But since they are larger, it will compensate for the acceleration and therefore deal equivalent force and, in turn, damage.

id rather set the damage higher than lower the cost, i feel something this varied that has a chance of knocking out both creatures and permanents at the same time should be a little expensive.  The damage being variable is good (though not required) because it's an "excuse" for not putting it on the card, which if I did put it on the card, I'd also have to put "or destroy permanent" which would  be tough to fit properly.
