If a deck was build for an EM it would have a lowered return.
If a deck was not build for EM it would not get EM and still have a lower return.

Good point.... But has the game reduced to so much grind, that a card that slows it down by an inkling is not good for the game? Really that makes no sense to me. most people grind with a quick deck, and even a AI3 should NOT be able to get out 2+ necrosis's (Assuming it has them and the quanta to play them) by the time the rush/rushEM wins.

Oh. I agree that the metagame effect should not stop it from being implemented. However if a solution to the metagame effect were found that did not weaken the card quality, that would be ideal.

If all I can find to dislike is a metagame effect then it is a good card.

Lol, thank you. Anything other than the metagame effect that worries you? Are quanta costs balanced?

There are no problems IMO with this card other than the metagame effect mentioned.

This means
It is balanced
It fits thematically
The art looks like fair use
