Lower a weaker creature's attack so it doesn't get screwed over by shields like Fire Shield.
Counter rainbows, since they have a lot of cards from different elements. Also, weaken swarming.
Lower enemy attack in combination with a shield to negate attacks.
Weaken cards that may rely on quick buffs like Wardens, Scorpions, and creature that Dive or Blitz.

I don't think it would work well against the two buff-related Scorpions; if a creature's ATK can't go below 1, then technically the Momentum + (insert Scorpion here) combo still works. Personally though, I wish that Asmodeus was a card in an element (any element, actually), but I can understand why it would belong to Other for the sake of game play balance, even if it doesn't feel right thematically.

I would say that it should stack, given its somewhat expensive cost and frail nature, you can't or don't really want to 'spam' it against high-control decks.

i see the point you were going with, but as an other card, the cost is dictated to be where it is due to quantum pillars and novas/etc, but the card itself is anti-rainbow creatures.  its a bit paradoxical in a fairly restricting and less useful way.

I like it but it seems a little expensive unless you use nova, which would be mostly wasted in decks where this is good.
