I love the anti-deck out properties this has! As well as the way to basically reset a creature! Since it can't be used on the opponent's creatures, that balances it, and if you have a dragon you REALLY don't want to keep antimattered and vampiric, you can just send him away, and hope you have the quanta to do it again.

One question. If my hand is full, does the ability not work?

Since it can't be used on the opponent's creatures, that balances it, and if you have a dragon you REALLY don't want to keep antimattered and vampiric, you can just send him away, and hope you have the quanta to do it again.

Then it can no longer anti-deckout. Reduce cost by either 1 or 2 for both.

Sanctuary: we know that sanctuary also affects manipulation of the player's hand, so in that case it stops silence from working if casted onto a player with sanc.
In that case, Sanc + this creature should not work, it wastes the quanta and doesn't get sent back to the hand.

Sanctary works during your opponents turn. This creature during yours. Exactly like eternity on self .... No problem, then.

Hmm.. I think the healing part doesn't suit well with . I would remove the healing part and reduce the cost a little bit.

Also, I think the wording should be changed to "Return your creature back into your hand and heal yourself 2 HP".
