I enjoy this card, I think it would be a great addition to air, : ).
Also, even with lightning, it gives flexible CC that can be used to take out any creature, while synergizing well with other cards.

I like the element instead of type idea.
it only kills one creature...  so +1 :air
but it can happen pretty fast...  even on huge creatures like massive dragon...  +2 :air
and +1 :air because I think that 3 :air is too cheap.

so cost: 4 :air|3 :air

as you can probably tell, im not good with cost.  this is a rough guess.
