so i assume its the enemy of the creature that dies? or is it just the enemy of the caster that takes the damage?

The opponent of the card holder takes damage (so if stolen, the original player takes damage).

CURATOR COMMENT
- For this card to move on, the Image needs to be redone in one of the 200% templates as detailed here: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,5039.0.html

I don't have photoshop and after a lot of mistakes and frustraition, I noticed that I cannot do Pixlr either. If anyone could please help me with this, I'd be grateful. Here is the pic used.

Hope this helps.  Pixlr takes some getting used to, but if I can do it anyone can.

It is an interesting concept, but ultimately not very strong...

You would need to let your opponent have a full board of creatures - and then you would need a way to completely clear it. The most common way to do this is
a) Malignant Cells (to fill his side)
then
b) Rain of Fire / Thunderstorm (to clear it)

So, already you're looking at a :death (Aflatoxin), :fire (Rain of Fire) and :light (Divine Judgement) combination. Maybe :death (Aflatoxin) :death (Plague) and :light (Divine Judgement) could work - but still. It is not really worth it. Since a full board will only dish out 24 damage.

And if this stacked, then it would simply be too powerful.

Idea is for it to stack (points to post), but since that it only lasts for 3 turns you would have to have most of the quanta AND cards PLUS something that can kill the enemy creatures off. It has potent synergy, as you said, with malignant cells.

But also:
Skeletons/graveyard
Fireflies (or other mass-produced, low-hp creatures)
Photons
Sparks! (self-inflicted, woho!)
Rustlers

And: Thunderstorm, rain of fire, flood, plague (retrovirus) plus several mounts suggested in the card ideas section.
And of course: Fireshield and spiked carapace. (if spells are included, it also works well with bone wall, for obvious reasons).
A mass of scarabs, otys, flying owl eyes, etc, could also prove fairly effective.

Thank you Boingo! master post updated (I'll upload the higher resolution pics if these make it to the higher levels)

The opponent of the card holder takes damage (so if stolen, the original player takes damage).
Creatures of both sides count?
Imagine a game full with skellies/cells (most likely you can do this), then a triggered unstable gas. Whoops your opponent bigtime.
