Can you choose the creatures?
Does it stack?
Will stacking overlap on creatures that are already protected by a previous scuba gear?
Will it work on creatures that come into play after scuba gear has already been played?

I feel that this is a bit UP. You need to really base a deck around this for it to be of much use.

Have the creatures use the scuba gear to move to the outer edges of the field when played.

Example - play flooding -> play scuba gear -> play creatures -> creatures are now protected (up to 5) and it saves you the flooding-free slots in the middle row.

My 2 :electrum on this:
-Make it a spell
-Have it move creatures in the non-flooded area to the flooded area and give them a buff that protects them from flooding.

This way, a player could make use of flooding in a duo or trio deck. That will make it much less situational and improve flooding's utility at the same time. Also, it would be very useful in SoP decks since it could be used to move :water creatures to the edge so they can get the shard's full benefits.
Those changes would make it a VERY useful little spell.

Might need to change the wording a little.
It says "and cannot be killed" ... which many might think means they become immortal.
Probably better to use "and will not be killed by flooding"

Also, it might be good to put "ally creatures" in the first line instead of just "creatures" as it is now, unless you mean for the opponent's creatures to be affected as well.

Other than that, I think this card should be good to go.

If it makes it in, flood decks will become much more viable. I think it would definitely bring something new to the game since flood is currently very underused as far as I can tell.

Gives me lots of deck ideas... could be very fun! I really like it.
