ART: Kamietsu, with art used from the game. IDEA: Kamietsu NOTES: When playing a card fails, the card stays in your hand but the quanta is still gone. So it you have enough quanta still, you can attempt to play it again. Same thing happens for abilities except you do not get to attempt to use them again until next turn. Abilities are all card abilities that are activated through manual use(the ones you have to click on to use), so this includes creatures and permanents. Nice!This series looks like a great one (or at least will have some gems 2/3 so far with Darkness just needing a effect magnitude adjustment to make it 3/3 IMO)

I think I'm gonna love these series. I like this one better then the Dark one so far, it seems better balanced and is very original.

It's a play of the Fog effect from it's shield. If these cards had ability names this one's name would be "Heavy Fog"

Could you add notes in regards stacking please?

Either I assume it can't stack or that if it does, the percentages are cumulative in that the success rates will be:

Maybe, though the casting cost of 36|32 and upkeep of 20 might make it balanced anyway.

That's not possible. You don't add percentages that way
