The upped version + Gravity Pull,  + quint would be an awesome (if not broken) combo that would provide aether with excessive amounts of quanta. Imagine, a aether deck with only a gravity mark that could have in essence an infinite armagio acting as a shield. Perhaps splash in a mirror shield, and only momentum is of concern. The unupped card seems fine, the upped, a bit OP.

have in mind, it would still be susceptible to reverse time, being eaten (and Weep (a debbufing card of mine)
about the gravity pull, i didn't see that coming

changelog:
-added name to the abilities
-changed aetheroth to only negate non-combat damage to avoid nasty Gravity Pull combos

So it becomes a Dissipation Shield, but a creature.

Also make sure to ensure that ALL text fits on the card [Fix Aetheroth].

Fixed  :D

the other way around, the unnuped absobs quanta to negate damage, the upped generates 2 quanta per 2 damage absorbed

Unupped is probably perfectly fine... Upped may be a little to inexpensive considering how potent that ability could become as a quanta generation source.
The Rage-Nymph combo is positively scary... Dryspell-fractal combo is an amusing idea too.

As for the poison immunity vote... I think the UPGRADED version needs the immunity as a way to keep it from getting too powerful. Otherwise you just pump poison into it to have an increasingly potent quanta generator.

I think the upgraded version should probably have cost raised by a point or two.

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is

at first the card had immunity but the a user asked me to removed it  ?_? too many people want too many different stuff ?_?
posion combos would requiere other colours and cards, while aether is most of the time used in mono (besides mind gate decks)
at first i though to agree about raising cost, but then i took a look at other elements quanta producing creatures (gnome rider, etc) and they constantly produce quanta without needing other cards, while Aetheroth would requiered to be comboed. without mentioning Devourer, that consumes enemy quanta, generates quanta for you and can be burrowed as well

You don't.  You have to fix all the text with the given parameters.
Its one of the challenges of card making.
Unfortunately, we really can't afford to make the text on cards any smaller because the card images here have to be shrunk down when applied to the game.
So, if we shrink the text, it would quickly become illegible in the game...
Also, the text size was chosen so that when the card gets scaled to be used in game, the text size and font will match what is already being used... otherwise formatting would become tricky when it comes time to add things to game.
