Yes, this card is actually potentially very powerful if used with creatures with the right stats.

Yeah the upgraded card seems a bit overpowered in some occasions. Especially if you keep applying the effect to multiple creatures, you can grow creatures unnaturally fast.
The unupgraded card is totally different (wich I don't like), I think both versions should have roughly the same effect.

btw, I'm trying to give constructive criticism. I would not be able to create the cards like you did, I just think it needs more work!

I mean, this game doesn't let you "place" cards. And, if I remember correctly, it starts out by placing cards "away" from each other, does it not? Like this?
