It wasn't hard just used the link that was provided. Do like the picture though.

Omg  . Ok that was really easy with that card creator.
I´ve updated the image with that link (instead of manually doing it with Gimp!).

Interactions you should keep in mind when reviewing:
-Immolation/Cremate/Rage Potion could kill it instantly whenever you need it.
-Chimera does the same while providing you a momentum creature (after it is buffed of course)
-Blessing/Chaos Power to make the card "useable"
-Twin Universe

One small note - I don't think chimera would trigger the poison since chimera doesn't trigger any death effect.
