Does each draw phase mean every turn?
Yes, at the start of every turn when a player would draw a card, (it matters not if they actually draw due to a full hand). I imagine that there probably isn't an official name for this time, but it is pretty self explanatory. Does anyone know if there is an outline of the processes of a turn somewhere?

Something I thought about, creatures with adrenaline would take the damage multiple times or once per turn?

I suggest that the damage is done on a per turn basis, but the blocking of airborne creatures would be evaluated for each attack. I imagine that the damage is more related to time spent flying in the smoke of fire, not the number of attacks. Furthermore, creatures with adrenaline would move through the smoke or fire faster, thus taking just as much total damage as any other creature.

Nice idea! I know that this is rather picky, but the text of the card reads that creatures miss 33%/40% of the time, which does not follow the traditional read of Elements cards that creatures have a 33%/40% chance to miss. The way it is right now, it means that the creatures' attack successes are dependent on one another, and that one out of every three attacks is assured to miss in the case of the unupped one. Thematically, I would think that each individual creature would have a chance of missing independent of other creatures, so I would suggest changing the text to read that Airborne creatures have a 33%/40% chance to miss.

This would shut down so many decks so fast. Against decks where it is not a dead card, it looks way OP. Phoenix's damage is reduced to an average of 2.33 damage per turn, 2.1 vs Inferno Mountains. If you also have Titanium Shield that's reduced to 1.66 | 1.5.

2 damage every turn is too much. By the start of the opponent's second turn after you play Inferno Mountain, their airborne creatures will have taken 6 damage. The negative effect of making Stone Dragons a bad deck choice is easily compensated by everyone's favorite burrowing bad-guy (eek eek).

Well the original idea was a field card, that forces all creatures to land (they can't fly in volcanic smoke).
