oponent does not respond and then i lose

This happened to me yesterday, I was playing pvp1 and my opponent stopped responding. I thought he closed his tab because he was going to lose. But when the timer ran out I lost for no reason. I took a screenshot:

Well, already confirmed but I just add one more confirmation to it, I hope that´s ok. I just lost "your connection to the server is not responding, you will loose in", while my TV runs over the Internet, I have an Internetradio-Receiver running and was downloading something beside the game (Edit: Yes, I am a media junkie  ). Not using wireless either and the last time I had problems with my connection I can´t even remember. Sorry for not having a screen, but it took me by surprise 100%.

The two tabs thing is considered abusing a bug and you can be banned, account wiped, etc.
Would advise against using it and or talking about it.

ah, okay, i'll tel her (i'm against the use of it but i told her how it works cause it is quite unfair to lose score like that, but i'll tell her and she wont do it again)

I don't think that's banned. Abusing a bug? i don't think that's a bug anyway. The oracle, however, is just the opposite. Any means of hacking the game using any cheat engines, if detected is a confirm ban + wipe.

I highly doubt it is supposed to be this way that when you close the tab you don´t get the loss in your statistic, therefore this has to be considered a bug. And I am damn sure that somewhere around i read that (like in any other game I know) abusing bugs is to be punished (on rightfully so), so Anarook at least did good to keep the risk for shileka and others with the same problem as low as possible to get banned for something they should not have done.

when you close the tab, leave the other tab open, then close the 1st tab....information in the 1st tab although saved will be overwritten by 2nd tab's if you save it. I see nothing wrong in it but certainly, what the point? You have to be a really 'free' guy, lotsa time to waste, open tabs, save, lose, quit, save....how much time will you lose? Although do not agree with such, but if it's not (edited*)stated as a rule, then it's not wrong.
