I don't know if this is a big deal or not, but the "striking" effect that happens when a flying creature gets a critical appears even if it is delayed by SoP.

It is a bug related to SoFr. It has nothing directly to do with SoP. The critical-hit animation can occur even when the creature does not attack, whether that is due to delay or freeze.
