It's just a visual bug, but when I played against an Air-Water AI5, he (she?, it?) played wings. After waiting 5 turns, it expired, but the white outline for upped cards stayed.

Notice the white outline around the AI's shield slot.

Just because it doesn't make any difference to how the actual mechanics work doesn't mean it isn't still a bug and needs to be reported.

Their counter goes to zero, but their ''upped'' shiny thing stays around the slot.
