Shard of Freedom animation fails to trigger for flying Arsenics

Scenario:
Opponent has Gravity Shield in play;
I have a few flying Arsenics and Shards of Freedom.

Critical Hit / Ignore Shield occurs (they can actually occur separately, e.g. Ignore Shield without performing Critical, which is contradictory to the card description... but that may be a poorly-worded feature, not a bug), but no critical bird animation appears.

Weird, the weapons would still bypass the shield and deal more damage but without the animation, moving to confirmed.
