The AI played a Fate Egg. (I'm not sure if it was) In the same or the next turn (but I think it was in the next turn) it used a SoR and the egg hatched. It gave the AI two Shriekers. The first (which took the slot of the egg) immediately burrowed itself. The other one did not, although there was enough quanta (10) left.
I assume it's an AI only bug and thus complicated to recreate.

I noticed it before.
one of the 2 creatures that came from a SoR-Fate Egg can use it's ability immediately...
Don't know if it is intended or it's a bug

I'm pretty sure it's a bug. I can't use the abilities myself. But the AI can. I didn't notice it with other abilities, though.

I was about to say that it just generates a second creature, so it has no SoR effect, but this last comment weirdens me.
