AI using Miracle at 1 Max HP https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=38440.msg479124#msg479124

So, this is rather difficult to describe without a screenie, but here goes:

Was playing plat with a somewhat modified Zen (mostly because of boredom). Didn't draw my SoVs early enough, and was about to deck out with him at 1 HP left (I had 0 cards, and would have lost after he ended his turn). As I was about to quit, I was suddenly moved to the win screen where I got a 196 HP EM (explaining no screenie). I have absolutely no idea how he could have died. He was running a fairly standard Vader Sader deck, with no quanta production besides Light and Darkness.

*He did not discard a ghost, nor did he discard anything
*He did not deck out, as he drew cards and then played stuff
*He did not have an antimattered vampire/crusader/flying dagger
*He obviously didn't use any spell on him (I'm pretty sure). Nor did he suicide with SoSac.
*He was not under SoSac at the time.

He died from antimatter vampire.

More specifically, antimatter reverses what the creature does to you to what it does to your opponent, and vice versa. Thus an Antimatter Vampire will take health from the AI and give it to you!

This is how the Liquid Antimatter (AI5) farm deck works.

At first I thought it said did not. If it was indeed antimattered, then he died from antimatter+vampire.

Oops, not is probably a key word to put in there.

I'm perfectly aware of how it works :P I have no Antimatter in my deck, nor any way to produce it (no SoSe, etc.), and he had no means of producing  :entropy quanta.

Is AI really that retarded? He did have sufficient light quanta and he had played Miracle earlier in the game, so I suppose it's possible.

If you miracle at 1 HP  i am pretty sure you lose, and i have been playing a SOP RolHope deck lately and the AI miracles with full health so i wouldnt be too surprised to see it miracle at 1HP

AI is, confirmed myself in trainer, ai starts using Miracles at full HP when HP gets below a certain value ~30
Deck had nothing but Towers and Miracles, card counts + quanta betray 2 Miracles have been played already:

Epic fail.  That is all :p

It makes sense, at least from a mathematical point of view; miracle sets your hp to max minus 1, so if your max is 1hp, it sets your hp to 0.  Why the AI would attempt to miracle at this point is a mystery known only to the wisest of sages, however.

One similar bug also happens when AI has a full yellow bar of hp (caused by SoP+creature spam), it plays miracle when it can while not adding any hp at all.
Like: 172/173 --> miracle --> 172/173
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.
