Number of copies of a card gets bugged after a certain number

I've been hoarding unupgraded rares. I've had more than 100 relics at one point, then suddenly I only had 15 left after logging in today. Sadly I have no shot of the 100+ relics.

I tried selling them on a separate window, and the 100 relics won't reappear, so I'm sure it's not just a graphical bug:



So I tried testing the bug with quantum pillars, here I bought 117, let it save and logged in again:

The 117 pillars remained intact.

I tried buying 130 and let it save again. I didn't lose the pillars:


But when I refreshed and logged in again, they got reduced to 38:


I tried buying around 150+ again to test, ensuring to let it save, but after relogin I still get the same 38 quantum pillars.
Is this a known bug? It's sad to see that my Relic collection fell victim to this.

I'm not willing to test this with my other rares.

As far as I can tell, having more than 100 of a card then refreshing deletes all of those cards except one.
Not sure how OP got 38 QP left, or 15 relics.

Same thing happened to me a while ago - 100+ (phase drags & phase shields) reduced, but not down to 1 (memory unclear, but I think they went down to 60). IMO not a big problem as anyone with this many cards can probably afford to lose 'em. I like to think that the cards I lost disappeared into the aether (groan).

Resume: Apparently does not affect Entropy. When only raising one "other" card above the limit, the limit seems to be ~130. When you have an "Other" card and an "Entropy" card (at least for PIllars testing) both above 130, the cards remain. Also, when Amethyst Pillars > 130, then ~110 - 130 QPs also get reset, but >130 QPs do not.
