Accounts restored to latest, have fun

However, if your account was not restored:

I managed to restore the data for Boa<3hancock and jonydon, but the others managed to save their data immediately after the repair and before I got a chance to make a backup of the restored data. Since it is so few of them, if they want, they can make a "wish list" with the key things they lost (rare cards, electrum, wins) and I can manually add those to their accounts.

Please send UTAlan your wish list and it will be passed on to Zanzarino. Please only do this if you absolutely need cards that you actually lost. Please don't waste his time, as we so rarely get it since he is so busy. Thank you all for your patience and understanding

If your account was not restored, this means you were logged in during the restore and overwrote the restoration. Please PM me with your IGN if this is the case. Sometime very soon I will contact Zanz one more time asking him to just restore a handful of accounts. Please only do this if this is very important to you / you lost a lot. I want to create as little extra work for him as possible. Thanks.

Due to a recent server crash, data has been rolled back to mid-March 2015 for the moment. It is unlikely that data newer than mid-March 2015 will be recoverable, but work is being done. Please watch this post for updates.

If you created your account after mid-March 2015: Your account is currently completely missing from the database. You may get missing account or wrong password errors. There is nothing that can be done about this right now. Please watch this post for updates.

If you changed your password after mid-March 2015: Your password has been rolled back along with your account. You will need to use your old password for now.

It looks like the main database crashed and burned. I restored the database to the last available and stable backup so that at least the game is playable, but that backup sadly is dated mid March. I will try to find the lost data but I have little to no hope to find a more recent backup available.

Update: We have been given permission to come up with a plan to use reward codes to help those who lost rare cards. We do not yet have a plan, and it may be prudent to wait a day or two to see how things progress. When the time comes, we will announce how to get codes if you need them. For now, please leave your card trackers and war applications unedited and gather any pictures you may have. We may or may not be able to give out codes in the end, but we are discussing a possible plan. Stay tuned to this thread for more information.

You're welcome to take pictures just in case, but if you can view your deck and then return to the main menu, you should see it attempt to and succeed at saving. Give it a try.

'Tis good to see Zanz responding quickly when it's really needed. I only lost a few Nymphs and about 30k score.

Well, I lost an entropy mark and a few nymps. O well, I am appy to see Elements is ack and Zanz still cares aout te ame .

Ah so that's what happened. Actually I thought I gained an old deck back and it was better than the old fire one I was using, so I went into my cards to change it up and see if the deck was there. Saw the deck, was an old Firefly queen deck, and saw that my fire deck was gone. So I had the stupid idea of changing my password and linking my accounts. Lost my firefly queen deck and gains some of my old cards back, but not all of them. Went back to my deck to see if it came back, saw only half of the cards I had before and no deck.


Refreshed the game so I wouldn't have to fill out the deck again. Got what I had when I got back in.
My old deck just as good as new

This is actually my old deck from when I started and quit a few years or so back. I'm kinda glad I have it, but at the same time I want all my fire and aether cards back. I'll be trying it again and seeing where it takes me.
Maybe I'll get my old Fire/darkness deck I was using back. User is Skelhand if you face me.

Edit: oh and some of those cards in the first pic idr getting.

Yeah, judging by my war app I lost about 110k score, and all of my ups except FEVER and Limitless Speed. Could be worse. But hey, atleast we've got the game back in a very timely manner. Thank you, Zanz

I guess I'm the one who took the big hit. I lost 225k score and about 600k electrum and I was 590k away from BE

I lost multiple upgraded cards. Might've been almost half a dozen!

On a serious note, as unfortunate as this is, it is great to know that zanz is still around to respond to emergencies when they arise.
