Desiccate has wrong sell price

Pretty self-explanatory.  Sell price should be like 1100-1200 or so on the upped version, but it's 20.  (unupped is 18, which seems fine)  I haven't won either of the salvagers from the arena yet (just 1 each of dry spell/desiccation) so I don't know whether they are the same way or not.

It's the same with the Salvagers iirc as well.

I'm not sure if it was fixed or is selective because my upped salvager would sell for 1157

zanz just made chaos mode smoother, so I wouldn't doubt it if he fixed that as well.

I just reloaded elements and it still costs 20 to sell.  I haven't played any games since posting this, so I still don't have any salvagers to check with.

Upgraded Phase Salvager is all normal and stuff, has a 1157 selling price.
