Bug: AI was blowing up UG's without using up any fire quanta

Scenario: Playing Plat deck. I had a purify and Sog played.
AI plays two gasses with only air quanta,  nothing else. Next turn, dragonfly, Immolate to 8 fire, blows up both gasses, and staying at 8. The next to gasses played and detonated don't decrease the fire quanta at all. Not even after he plays a faren (which does decrease it) or immos another fly.
Not sure if it was because the fire only came from immo, or because in general.

Edit: They were unupped.

I've tested this without the cremation + Damselfly and it seems as though it's not really related to the bug.
I have a bunch of inconclusive screens, though it definitely happens sometimes (moving to confirmed). Tested in beta vs myself.

AI uses upgraded UG but does not waste quanta:


Please note I screened BEFORE the mark generates quanta, so :fire should be one lower.

PvP, one side uses UG

No desynch icon despite quanta discrepancy!

PvP, several UGs are used, all the quanta is substracted...


If someone can figure out what it is that causes the quanta to be drained in one case, but not the other that'd be great. I might look at it myself later after cleaning up the bug section :)

Yup.
I just posted the info to try and be as specific as possible, for the off chance that it is the cause.

Hmmm... maybe upped vs unupped?
