Today it happened to me twice in two consecutive games. Simeply, the solar shield does not generate quanta despite the AI having plenty of creatures with strength higher than one, attacking and damaging me. Quanta remained the same.
Not sure how long this bug has been around since I rarely used light in the past and almost never the solar shield...
In both cases when it happened, the opponent had quite a lot of creatures, say 5 or more, not sure it matters though.
