It would also even things out in terms of giving good access to permanent control... I can't think of any permanent control good has off the top of my head, other than tridents.

We can have an earth mark, which would let us use the trident's ability. We just can't use cards from the evil side.

On another note, I'm siding with those who say this is extremely unbalanced. Discords+earthquake mean almost no quanta for the good side. If they use discords+earthquake+devourers, I don't see any way we could counter.

On second thought, if I can get in this I would rather be gravity.  Devourers + Earthquake = death for the majority of these elements, not even bothering with discord.  I didn't realize that subtle any mark rule.  Would Scaredgirl say if it is allowed for good to use an evil mark, just not their cards?  Otherwise I really don't see how this would be fair unless evil gets a bad hand.  That being said, I think it is a nice challenge.

How long has it been now? Some Battalions and Legions still don't have ANY members at all. You might wanna extend the recruiting time a bit.
