Currently, Scissors kills on turn 8 with an optimal draw, which is why my original deck of 6x Miracle, Skull Shield, Solar Shield didn't work, as with 13 pillars, you lost to an optimal draw if all 13 of the pillars were on top of your deck. You also lost if your deck was stacked with skull shields and miracles then pendulums at the beginning. I'm trying to figure out a tweak to the decks to see if it can be done without upped cards, and preferably with no rares (ie miracle). However, whether I can do it or not, I'm sure that the result will be less intuitively obvious.

I don't see why it matters that much. Yes it may limit a noob to scissors or paper, but paper still beats rock so it would still come down to picking the right deck for both.

The competition could allow you to not use the mirror shields or hopes too. Even without them, rock only loses 1 out of 10,000 times to optimal scissors draws. If you toss in 6 miracles, that number goes to about 1 in 40,000,000.

I must complain about this

"The most reliable 'RPS decks' will be chosen by the public and used in a pvp tournament."

I didn't see the "most reliable" part, as I read something of using it in a tourney, I said: "Who would want a RPS tourney with 100% chances of winning to one of them, we're Elements community, we like playing decks and trying to win even vs an 'anti-your deck' deck", so I tried to make a non-boring neither monotonous deck in order to make the RPS something different than a regular RPS tourney...
If 100% RPS was the objective, running a RPS game where you PM the organizer with your choice would be the same.

I guess, by the comments made in the original thread, that that wasn't the original idea, but it was to make 3 "real life" (serious?) decks to be used in a tourney that countered each other...

Well, what it's done, it's done, but I wanted to point that out

As much as I admire quantumT's solutions (voted+) I won't enter a tourney with those decks as a rule. :/ I'd get bored to death.
On the other hand I'm glad my submission is tied second with kobisjeruk's :b

In all due fairness, QT's submission is very much legal, regardless of how boring the tournament would or would not be.

Yep, the problem is that "being an actual deck" wasn't in the rules :(

Now that I checked the original thread, I found a submission by twinsbuster that might be even more 100% effective than this one (and though more boring)

Contrary to earlier information, the winning decks will not be used in a weekly PvP tournament.

I'm pretty sure that everyone here knows why forcing players to use a deck with nothing but 32 Pillars is a very bad idea.

If someone wants to test these out, feel free to do so in an unofficial fun PvP event, although I personally don't know how much fun you will be having because everyone knows the winner before the duels even start.

To be fair, it's only after the duel starts that you know.

That was unexpected.  Kdz said official tournament, and I thought the TO's chose the tournaments, so I thought it would be one.

Thus, yes, #1 is as Rock-Paper-Scissors as you can get.

Actually that one isnt 100 percent, since there were 28 quantum pillars which means it would be possible for the eternity + photon one to do enough damage before drawing an explosion/steal. QuantumT's decks literally are 100 percent, even in the most optimal scenario for any of them.
