Mark of water by itself is enough to support Inundation. Condor survives in the middle row, bone wall out, and both get fed via Aflatoxin, Plague, and Inundation. Aflatoxin the enemy to fill up their middle row, and let inundation do the rest. Plague malignant cells for good measure when necessary to up the death count. The boneyards shouldn't take up the middle, until there's a lot of dying going on, but if it does, then it's simply a loss of condors, being replaced instead with a bone rush.
It's got no spell control, but its creature control is extremely high. This deck can quickly fill up and control an opponent's field, preventing a good deal of their decks from being used at all. It focuses on slow death instead of burst, and has cards that essentially feed off of the numerous deaths that should occur with inundation and plagued cells.
Realistically, the deck is slightly weak due to the lack of permanent control and monsters. Ideally, stronger death monsters could be added. However, in general, the AI would have to know not to play things outside the middle row. The original version had water monsters and pillars that could help to swarm, but it seemed more pure to only use inundation for water cards.
