How would you go about making an image such as #8? does it require specific software? Just out of curiosity
well approx. 95% of the image was made in the "pixlr template" in the "card ideas section". i used a royalty free image of a lightning bolt and started adding other lightning bolts using a very special brush in pixlr, then i used the 'tritone" filter to give the lightning bolts a yellow-blue glow, then i used more brushes from the software to make the stars and planets behind it, it would have been a bit harder to make without these special brushes but it took me a while anyway to get the right lightning shapes.
