Only one of mine got through , I thought you were splitting it up into humour and serious?

Some contenders had all 3 of their cards out in the first round. It happened if you all had used the same card.

I made sure mine were little used to avoid that which is a shame.

In contrast some of the sillier texts got through because they were the only candidate on that card.

I'm a sucker for humor. I gave Smuglapse karma for his card because I enjoyed it so much, and I thought of a slightly less blatant version of 35 myself, and, well, I rather like mine ^_^

I don't mean to sound negative, but this seems like the wrong competition.  There are several cards whose descriptions are either inadequate or less than complete because of the space restrictions of the card text.  How about a competition to rewrite the text for cards that people are frequently confused about?

This just seems like a way to clutter the cards in an attempt to look even MORE like Magic.
