Oh well. Someone had to be the loser, right?

A lot of these were really good submissions. Keep it up, all who remain!

gg Rohlfo. It was close, and when I saw yours I was like: Damn, I should've thought of that.
A lot of these were really close. Good luck everyone who moved on. Better luck next time for those unlucky enough to be beaten by a few votes.

@gavsword

Your entry is a really good one. I would urge you to remember to submit it to the crucible after the competition is completely over. In truth it has more potential to be a great card then my entry does because yours still can be improved. I would try simplifying and universalizing the effect.

gg. Truth is I had loads of ideas (well, 6 to be precise), really hard to choose, and some you may yet see hit the smithy once I finalise them....I was so close to doing this idea instead I even had the card uploaded and ready:

There was a really obvious reason why this card wouldn't be that great which is why I changed it in the end but can't remember what it was lol

My third favourite idea of mine was to do a creature which caused a nova when it died, who knows how these would have done instead of what I did...
In general I think this war is great for coming up with great ideas  :)

GG to you too -- the wording on yours just needed a little more polishing (something like :darkness :darkness :darkness: Drown -- Target creature gets -0|-5 until end of turn) :)

I'm not surprised that so many duels were decided by 5 votes or less. There are several cards here that I'd love to see in the game right now, and many with great potential.

GG Moonwalker.

I really liked your idea involving "living" and "dead" creatures - it really felt like  :life and it also doubled as a great field spell for many elements.  I honestly thought Snow Tiger was going to lose.

Hope to see you next time! :)

Old Trees, I told you I had no right to be facing you in the first round :D. GG, keep going and win it all. I look forward to working with you in the future. GO FIGHT WIN!
