Can my Blood Shade (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8747.0.html) be accepted? I can change the name do Bloodshadow if I have to, but I prefer to use more realistic names of possible.

Shouldn't it be a new and original card for the competition? Otherwise people are just going to dredge up old ideas we have already seen.

Yes. All previous card idea competitions have always had the same rule: only new card ideas.
