Call me a noob but, is voting on your own submission uncool?
This is something people have to decide for themselves.
Some (a minority imo) people think it isn't right.
Personally, if you don't believe in your own submission enough to vote for it, who else will? I'm fairly sure that in a general election, the leader of the republicans uses his/her vote to vote republican. The same should apply here. If everyone votes for themselves, everyone sits at one vote, and the neutral votes decide it. This is preferable in my opinion.
