Onion, give me a very good reason not to put the entire clueless community in damnatio memoriae only because of this fucking awful competition, too complicated for its own good  >:(

OK, srsly, rulings time, although I have the premonition that this is reenacting the Israelites in the tale of the Cow, iykwim.

That means the Roman Empire rule does not exist for any people who were born on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Therefore, it is a troll rule.

Disregard means "ignore". If you're born on a day ending with Y, pretend the above rule doesn't exist. Therefore, there is no rule that specifically affects Grav Mercs.

The intent was fixed-width length, but we may accept card-space length if the accompanying proof is provided. And that's assuming that I'm interpreting this right.

“You may only use a shard if you have an award on your profile (e.g. birthday cake, tournament wins, competition wins) that predominantly features that shard's element's colour. If you are legally colourblind and include proof with your submission, you may use any shard.”
This is why one should be a master of all elements

Or colourblind.

(Don't want to be rough with colourblind ppl, but this post just begged for this answer. :) )
