"Heh heh heh, that explains our recent contract with the Underworld. I'll have to supply our bazaars with some new rares from the Other Realm. "
"Very well, sir. Let us seek out the finest smiths, the most clever alchemists, and the most wily summoners of the realms, in that case. Their objective will be: "(http://imageplay.net/img/tya22259276/ANNC.png)(http://imageplay.net/img/tya22259275/SoCE.png)(http://imageplay.net/img/tya22259277/DiscordPowerless.png)

PHASES:The competition will be split into two phases : A Design Phase, where cards are created and submitted in the Card Idea Submission Thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,232.0.html), and a Voting Phase, where designers vote on all submissions.
Design Phase:It's time to collect the submissions.... (Polls will be up soon!) Good luck!Voting Phase:Time's up. The Head Merchant wishes you best of luck.
Voting for the Relics of Other has begun!
When voting, be sure to consider the following:
1) Is the card balanced?
2) Does the card have a good theme?
3) Does the card make a good rare?
Poll lasts for 7 days. Best of luck!
#s 2, 3 and 6, being quanta sources, categorically should not be rares.
# 4 should not be a rare because the second copy is a dead card even if animated. Card disadvantage abilities cannot be used multiple times per turn without ridiculous costs
# 1 should not be a rare because it would be too significant to the metagame. No major pvp tool or expansion card should be deprived from the new players. That would artificially limit the metagame diversity. It would be unfair to boot.
# 5 could be a rare. However I am not impressed by the mechanics (+1|+1 per creature but with an overcomplicated implementation) or the theme (let's make a non elemental version of a creature that inherently is elemental).
# 7 is a generic version of common cards. Generic is the opposite theme from rare.
Edited for card #7

Hum, i do not understand ths one :o

Rare cards should be useful at any quantity acquired. 0-6. You do not want a player to be disappointed in getting their 2nd copy of a rare card (or 3rd, ...)
#4 takes a creature in the hand and turns it into 1 turn of damage. This is optimal provided the number of creatures drawn per turn => the number of this ability triggered per turn. The number of creatures drawn per turn can only reliable exceed 1 if Hourglass is used. Hourglass supports Stall decks. Turning creatures into 1 turn bolts supports Rush decks. To make use of 2 copies of #4 the deck would need to be a Rush - Stall deck using Time. This is too restrictive a niche especially since the hourglass stall and sacrificial (spark like) rush do not combine well.
# 1 should not be a rare because it would be too significant to the metagame. No major pvp tool or expansion card should be deprived from the new players. That would artificially limit the metagame diversity. It would be unfair to boot.
TIL you get down-voted for being too original. Plus, the card is rather underpowered (mildly situational since it requires combos with at least one other card for inclusion in all reasonable decks), like SoR and Pharaoh are. Since this card is underpowered, it barely affects the metagame, and thus makes a good rare, being fun and unique but not overpowered.

I did not down vote you. I criticized you for harming your original card by having it be rare. The original part is good. In fact the original part is so good that it cannot qualify as a rare card without being unfair to new players. Is it underpowered? A bit. Will it remain underpowered as you continue to refine and improve it? No. (If you desire to make it remain intentionally UP then I would have more criticism) You compared it with Pharaoh. I think a more apt comparison of the magnitude of innovation would be Crusader.
Summary: It is fun, unique and not overpowered. It can be used individually or in multiples. (So far it could be made a rare without harming the card.) However the best part of the card is its innovated new direction. This characteristic is more valuable when it is not a rare. Hence this card should not be a rare.
AKA I complemented your card, commended your originality and criticized your submitting that card to the rules of this competition.
