Do we have to claim a requirement or post it first?
How many requirements can we do per card? 
Is there any requirements/limitations on the art used? Do we need art at all?

You should have read the rules. ^^; Don't ask how I made up the requirements.

You just HAVE TO POST IT in order to claim the 'requirement set'.

You must do all of the requirements listed directly underneath that number for the card to qualify, or you'll be docked DOUBLE the points than what you would have gained.

You need art for your card ideas, so it is suggested that you start hunting for them now. (I will be very lenient on card art for this comp. as well, because the cards are not checked for Crucible approval).
