I don't think it matters now.  Even in the upp'd there would have to be some sort of failure methinks just to help with the fact that every skill is usable.  something like a 20-30% chance of either causing Freeze or Infection *no death*.

Wording would be off... I don't know how that would happen but wording is generally what wins the competition. Vagueness in this case helped you a lot with this competition
