Check it on the first page. I think that, while the idea isn't a Killer, it fits weel with what a Crusader is, and gives a really nice Crusader Fractal for Death/Darkness (entropy too, when upped) FGs, not counting the fact that it's ability can help Otyughs (Photons are an almost guaranteed devour) but it can also destroy death-based decks. Oh sure, it gets extremely powerful versus an opponent that uses 1 of 3 of the 12 elements. :P I always thought Crusader Overpowered, too. :/

NOTES: Similar to Wings for those who are confused.

The main idea was to turn Flooding (a permanent that would be useful as a killing device/field suppressor) into a more stall-like shield with a much stronger effect for a shorter period of time. Whereas Permafrost may block decent amounts of damage and freeze targets for a few turns, Flooding and Inundation would act as short-term 'damage-immunity' shields that can practically block any creature (except the ones listed below, of course). I thought it would also be cool to introduce the concept of 'Aquatic', a passive skill for Water (and some other) creatures.

Imagine it like this: when Flooding/Inundation comes into play, the field is swept by enough water that non-aquatic creatures who can't survive the 'depths' would be unable to attack, while those that can will simply swim down to where the elemental is and continue attacking.

Note that the following list technically includes the upgraded card (if applicable) in its list:

And most of the underused cards have been addressed, save for graviton mercenary. Enjoy a buffed Arsenic to match the power of the scorpion invasion, and a Diamond Shield that is slightly more useful.

And can I get away with the minor brightness/contrast/sat mod? I didn't know about the no altering rule when I made it and it's still the same art.

6. You may not modify the card's image or change the card's name. Any entry that has done so will not be accepted.
Either ask Kamietsu if minor changes are allowed (I'd say no though), or just change it to its orginal so no one can even think of disqualifying you.

NOTES: I don't really see Solar Shield all that often, and I've always kind of thought it was a bit redundant for Light. Now, with Skull Shield getting a makeover, I thought Solar Shield could use some love. Not much of an adjustment, but it does give us another large shield to work with, and sort of squares off against Eclipse (in a weird sort of way that probably only makes sense to me). I thought about adjusting the damage doled out by the upgrade to 2 instead of 1, but then I thought that might be a bit much. Thematically, I think it makes sense for Death & Darkness creatures to shun the sun.

I do not consider what you did to the image really all that minor >.> It really stands out and I see no reason why you could/should have done it in the first place. As it is now, it will not be accepted. But you have a day in a half or so to put up the original image.
