Aside, I really like the Inverted Voting because it encourages all participants to use up all their votes and therefore get a better scope of the public opinion. Who doesn't want to win?

TECHNICALLY, you're supposed to vote ONLY for the cards that do NOT create synergies, but I'm sure there will be people finding out other faults from the submissions. I see one submission with a typo and maybe two submissions that do create synergy but would be horrible or useless if added in-game.

I got my five just from looking only at synergies I felt weren't exact. Some of those were cards I actually liked and might've used in the game, some others I didn't like but fit the synergies requirement.

Note that synergies are not required. Just combos. Synergies are combos, but because a card doesn't synergize with the ones a team selected, doesn't means that its not a combo.

^Sorry for the confusion, I used synergies interchangeably with combos. I meant the latter.

• INVERTED VOTING
• Unlike normal voting, inverted voting will take a new twist on polls; instead of voting for their favorite and most balanced card concepts, participants are instead encouraged to vote for their LEAST favorite card ideas or inappropriate and 'unbalanced' ones. This means that the candidates with the lowest votes are the 'winning' candidates instead.
• All voters get to choose their 5 LEAST favorite card ideas. Voters may remove and change their votes at any time, but will not be able to see the voting scores until the competition is over.
• Teams that have either a) failed to submit any cards (no entry & disqualification), b) failed to submit notes (+2 vote penalty), or c) failed to have both members post (+2 vote penalty) and without notifying the CO of activity issues (+2 vote penalty) will automatically receive certain penalties or votes added to their scores after the polls are over.
• If there is a tie for first (i.e. - multiple cards with 0 or fairly few votes), they will enter a regular tie-breaker where users may vote for their top candidate.
• The voting stage should last a total of 3 days, although this phase may be extended for multiple days if tie-breakers are needed.

Turns out girlsgeneration, that among my favourite cards are ones that spell things correctly, have interesting and thematic mechanics and mechanics that work with the "Combo cards".

People who mispell things annoy me a tad. And yes, that was a test.

Target creature isn't delayed while it has the frozen status, and gains 1 HP per turn while it's frozen. So if it's frozen again later, it'll continue to attack and gain HP. It's meant to be used on your own creature to combo with Acceleration (which does +2|-1) and Arctic Squid -- the latter can repeatedly freeze the creature again, and since Cryofugue's already been played on it, it won't be delayed, and continue to attack. Similarly, if your enemy tries to use Freeze on the Cryofugue'd creature, it'll shrug it off. Another soft benefit I saw was a Quint of sorts -- while your creature will continue to attack, since it's frozen the AI will see it as not a threat, and not try to target it.

TL;DR:

• Permanent immunity to freeze (can be frozen, but still attacks)
• +1 HP per turn while frozen
• Not targeted by AI
